The GWFA has adopted a Plan of Merger whereby GWFA will be merged with and into a Nevada nonprofit corporation, also named Great Western Franchisee Association. While we do not believe that the California Attorney General’s consent to the merger is required, the merger has nevertheless been submitted to the California Attorney General’s office for an administrative sign off. We intend for the merger to become effective December 31, 2011. We have included a copy of the Nevada bylaws for your review.
